My research interest includes examining domestic violence issues experienced by African women who live within and outside the African continent. I am most interested in examining how macro systems and social norms impact victims of domestic violence. In the future, I hope to develop and implement culturally appropriate programs and impact policy in order to improve women’s quality of life.
